Regranulates have a wide range of uses in the processing of plastics. The main factors guiding the choice of raw material in plastics processing are the material’s technical parameters and price. In many production processes it is possible to replace the original raw material with a much cheaper recycled material, namely regranulate, while retaining the desired properties of both the raw material and the finished product.

The technical parameters of today’s regranulates are extremely good, and they also comply with many technical and strength standards. Using modern production machines, often with multiple worm drives and full degassing, it is possible to obtain a raw material which offers very good technical parameters and is free of contamination. Another advantage of using regranulates is that they help protect the natural environment, and enable the finished products to be sold as environmentally friendly goods.
